This is to redelegate to you the authority to enter into

agreements with respect to ownership and other rights related to

copyrightable material, to obtain copyrights, and to grant

licenses in the name of The Regents for all copyrightable

material under the jurisdiction of the Riverside campus.  This

authority is effective immediately and supersedes all previous

redelegations on this subject.



This authority may not be redelegated further.
