With this memo I hereby delegate to you, as the Executive

Assistant to the Chancellor, the authority to sign, on behalf of

The Regents, Settlement Agreements and General Releases that

implement commitments made to individuals in the Conciliation

Agreement between the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Federal

Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), and the University of

California, Riverside.  This agreement was signed by the District

Director, OFCCP, on December 7, 1991.





This authority is limited to these specific agreements only and

may not be redelegated further.
