Re:  Delegation of Authority, University Support Groups



Under the Policy on University Support Groups, approved by The

Regents in 1990, the final authority rests with the Chancellor

for ensuring that campus support groups are formally recognized

and in compliance with the policies and guidelines described.



With this letter, I hereby redelegate this authority to you,

effective immediately. This may not be further redelegated.
