To Designate Offices of Record
The Chancellor delegated to the Director -- Human Resources the
authority to designate campus Office(s) of Record for maintaining
personnel documents (per Staff Policy 80.D).
This delegation is referenced in an October 9, 1997 letter from the
Chancellor to the Director -- Human Resources, addressing a wide
variety of HR issues. Copies of this letter may be obtained from
the Administrative Budget Office.
