SPECIAL CONDITIONS

Delegates to the Manager -- Service & Auxiliary Enterprises the

authority for determining, authorizing, and controlling official

use of University vehicles per BUS-46. Also delegates authority

to approve the following exceptions to BUS-46: (1) assigning

vehicles to departments on a long-term basis, (2) approving

special cases where department vehicles are not required to

adhere to normal maintenance schedules, and (3) permanently

assigning specialized vehicles to the particular departments that

use them.
