Campus Services
This section provides guidelines for campus departments to use when making arrangements for, or inquiries about, campus services or other miscellaneous information. As a general rule, be as specific as possible when giving instructions and be sure that you follow a telephone call with an electronic or written memo to re-confirm the arrangements. Plan ahead and allow a reasonable amount of time for the service to be performed. If you have a problem, call the contact person specified.
Many of the entries make reference to the UCR Policies and Procedures Manual (P&P Ref. No.). Consult the on-line manual for the most up to date versions of the policies.
